Villa Mika is traditional Dalmatian stone built mansion renovated in 2017. With 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms , this 4-star villa can accomodate up to 8 guests.

It is located in Puntinak, just in front of Sumartin – a small village on the east side on the island Brač and in the end of one way street – perfect for families loooking for relaxation.

Villa  is a 100 square meter seafront villa. Ground floor has 2 bedrooms with twin beds and 2 bathrooms. Bedrooms have direct access to the terrace with infinity edge swimming pool and sun beds and to the other terrace with big table and barbecue.

Top floor contains one more bedroom and bathroom, living room with big sofa, fully equipped kitchen with massive dining table for 8 persons and living/dining area with access to the terrace with magnificent sea view – perfect for morning coffeee and breakfast.

Booking conditions:

A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking and the final balance is due 6 weeks prior to your arrival date.

In case of cancellation of deposited or fully paid reservation, please be aware of the following:

Booking cancellation made more than 30 days prior the booked arrival date, the deposit payment is not refundable.

Booking cancellation made 29 or less days prior the booked arrival date, total reservation amount is not refundable.

We recommend that you purchase travel insurance in order to avoid possible losses caused by reservation cancellation.

If you would like to pass on your reservation to someone else, we will accept this under the same terms, provided we are informed about who the new guests are. Please make all requests related to your reservation in written form.

All bank transfer fees are the responsibility of the guest.

The entire agreed rental fee must be paid even if the property is used by less people that you indicated when making the booking or your party does not use the property for the full period indicated when making the booking.

By confirming your reservation and paying the advance, you explicitly confirm that you are familiar with the general terms and conditions, and that you accept them.
