Villa is surrounded by well cared garden, has 3 spacious terraces with amazing sea view and sitting furniture.

It is set up on 2 floors.
You enter ground floor through the entrance foyer at the ground floor; inside you will find living room and spacious, charming dining area, and modernly equipped kitchen (stove, oven, coffee machine, freezer, refrigerator, and all cooking and eating utensils). There is also beautiful bathroom with vaulted shape ceiling.

Ground floor and first floor are connected by stone staircase.
At the first floor there are 3 double bedrooms, and each room has wonderful sea view, connected by the foyer with stylish balcony.
Rooms are naturally cooled by the flow of fresh air from the mountain St. Elijah nearby.
At the first floor there are also one bathroom and one separate toilet room
