Ground floor: 
Ground floor consists of fully equipped open plan kitchen with dining area, charming living room with comfy sofas and armchairs, LCD SAT TV, air condition, and free Wi-Fi Internet access. 
This area is opened onto pool terrace with amazing sea view. At the ground floor is also one bathroom with shower. 

First floor: 
Up to the spiral staircases are three bedrooms. First bedroom is with double bed, en-suite bathroom, and additional gallery bedroom with 3 extra single beds. 
Other two bedrooms are with double beds and en-suite bathrooms. 

Second floor: 
At the second floor is one more double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi Whirlpool Hot tub. 

Entire villa is air conditioned and equipped with central heating system, and free Wi-Fi Internet access. 

Outside: 
In front of the villa, right near is small patio where you will find summer kitchen with dining area and barbecue. 
Beautiful swimming pool offers amazing panoramic view and sun beds around. 
There is also terrace furniture for full relaxation and nice garden with greenery.
Villa offers full privacy and peace on 500 square meters of fenced yard. 
Private fenced parking spaces available at the property.
