This modern villa is located in Okrug Gornji in Ciovo Island only 4 kilometers away from Trogir center.
Villa is situated in very quite part of Okrug, which is little bit built up and thus villa offers amazing sea view on Ciovo aquatic, the most attractive part of Trogir Riviera.
This place offers full privacy since the yard around is fenced with stone walls.
Villa is set up on 2 floors and consists of 3 accommodation units, but it is rented as whole house.
First and second floor are connected by indoor staircases; from the ground floor apartment kitchen area to the first floor hall that connects the other two apartments.
3 separated apartment accommodations means advantage for different family-friends where each family may have privacy when they want to have it, and there is also shared area with swimming pool and beautiful garden in front of villa with traditional stone barbecue / grill and dining are with table and chairs.
In total, villa consists of 3 fully equipped kitchens with dining and living areas, 5 bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms.
Villa accommodates 10 to 13 guests.

Ground floor:
Ground floor consists of one apartment. At the ground floor you will find fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, fridge with freezer, kettle, coffee maker, blender, dishwasher, dishes, and all cooking and eating utensils needed. Living area is equipped with sofa that may easily be transformed into an extra bed. There is LCD SAT TV and free Wi-Fi Internet access. This area also has an exit to the small balcony with charming corner sofa.
There is also one double bedroom; double bed, and one bathroom with shower.

First floor:
First floor consists of 2 apartments. Apartments are almost the same. Both have modern, fully equipped kitchen with all kitchen devices, dishes, cookery, and cutlery. Next to the kitchen is nice dining area with table and chairs and exit to the beautiful sea view balcony with cozy balcony furniture. Both apartments have living room with comfy sofa that may be transformed into an extra bed if needed, LCD SAT TV, and free Wi-Fi Internet connection. Each apartment has one bedroom with double bed and one bedroom with two separated single / twin beds. One apartment has bathroom with shower, and other apartment has bathroom with massage shower tub and washing machine.

Entire villa is air conditioned, each unit, and covered with Wi-Fi Internet access.

Outside:
In front of this villa is beautiful swimming pool surrounded with classy sun beds and terrace furniture with sun umbrella. Whole area is surrounded by charming green garden covered with lawn, and in one corner of the garden is traditional stone barbecue / grill, and dining corner with table and chairs.
Pool terrace offers amazing sea view, and entire villa provides truly relaxing and peaceful holidays.
