This wonderful villa is situated above Makarska town center and offers breathless panoramic view on Makarska, crystal clear sea, and surrounding islands.

Villa is located in fenced yard with heated outdoor swimming pool with sun beds around, terrace furniture for full relaxation in fresh air, and gazebo with handy summer kitchen, stone barbecue, and dining area.

Besides outdoor area, villa offers traditional Dalmatian tavern with BBQ, dining area, kitchen, living room, and large wine boutique.

Next to the Tavern is entrance to the fully equipped indoor pool and bar.

Inside, villa consists of basement with tavern and separated area with indoor pool; ground floor with kitchen, dining area, living room, and bathroom; first floor where are 2 bedrooms, bathroom, and large balcony; and attic floor / gallery with anteroom, bedroom, and bathroom.

Villa accommodates 6 to 8 guests.

Basement:
Rustically decorated tavern, in traditional Dalmatian style, this area offers fully equipped kitchen, dining area with massive wooden dining table and chairs, LCD SAT TV, stone barbecue, bread oven, fireplace, and large wine boutique.
This area is connected to the indoor pool area. Indoor swimming pool is sized 50 square meters, and equipped with water heating and cooling, massage slope, counter-current swimming system, air and water massage system, and geyser.
Entire area around indoor pool has floor heating, and ventilation system of entire room.
Next to the pool is shower, and on the other side is bar with drinks.
Tavern and indoor pool area are suitable for organizing private parties.

Ground floor:
Ground floor is accessible by stairs from the basement, as well as from the outdoor terrace, by main doors to the villa.
Here is large, fully equipped kitchen with dining area, living room with comfy corner sofa, and fireplace, as well as bathroom with shower.

First floor:
Up to the internal staircases are 2 large bedrooms, both with double bed, air condition, and LCD SAT TV. Bedrooms have exit to the large balcony equipped with seating furniture from where is offered amazing panoramic view on Makarska town center, sea, and surrounding islands.
One bathroom with shower is at this floor as well.

Top floor / attic:
Up to the stairs is gallery, which is anteroom with comfy sofa that may be transformed into an extra bed for 2 people if needed. Right next is one more double bedroom, and one bathroom.

Each room and bedroom in villa has LCD SAT TV with more than 500 TV channels, air condition, and free Wi-Fi Internet access, while indoor pool area and bathrooms are equipped with floor heating system.

Outside:
In front of the villa is outdoor swimming pool equipped with heating system. Pool is surrounded by sun beds, next is outdoor shower, and terrace with comfy seating furniture ideal for daily relaxation. Aside of the pool is gazebo with qualitative and very comfortable dining table and chairs, handy summer kitchen with sink, and traditional stone barbecue.
Private parking for villa guests is available at the property.
