This adorable sea view villa is situated in Zupa Dubrovacka, small place Mlini, near Dubrovnik.
In front of the villa is gorgeous garden with Mediterranean plants, olive trees, lemon, and orange trees. Outdoor area is enriched by beautiful infinity swimming pool, dining area with table and chairs, and summer kitchen with traditional stone barbecue.
Villa size is 220 square meters of modernly decorated interior.
It is set up on 2 floors, and consists of 2 apartments / one apartment at each floor, but it is rented as a one unit.
In total, villa consists of 2 kitchens, dining, and living rooms, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms; one separate / shared toilette room.
Villa accommodates 6 to 8 guests.

Ground floor:
Ground floor consists of fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and living room with sofa that may be used as an extra bed for one person. Near is one shared toilette room. At the ground floor is also one bedroom with double bed and one bathroom with shower.

First floor:
First floor consists of fully equipped kitchen with dining area, living room with sofa that may be used as an extra bed for one person, and 2 bedrooms. Both bedrooms are with large double bed. One of the bedrooms have en-suite bathroom with shower, while second bathroom with shower is in the hall right next to the second bedroom. From bedroom you may enjoy amazing sea view.

Outside:
In front of the villa is adorable infinity pool enriched by countryside surrounding and sea view. Terrace around the pool is equipped with 6 sun beds. Nearby summer kitchen with traditional stone grill / barbecue and dining area in front surrounded by amazing Mediterranean garden, provides truly relaxing and peaceful atmosphere that leaves no one indifferent.
