This amazing luxury villa is situated in village Doli in Dubrovnik Primorje (Dubrovnik Littoral) surrounded by Mediterranean herbs, right near the sea and beautiful private beach, which make this place a real oasis of peace and relaxing.
The big advantage of the location of this luxury villa is that it is situated near Dubrovnik but in complete privacy and seclusion.
Crystal clear sea and beautiful swimming pool with sea water together with children pool and Jacuzzi near the pool create real blue paradise.
Villa is set up on 2 floors, and consists of fully equipped kitchen, dining area, cozy living room, 5 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, and spacious fenced terrace with amazing sea view. In villa are also billiard / pool table, small library, fitness room, sauna room, and wine bar. In front are swimming pool plus children pool and separated Jacuzzi pool, as well as a large terrace and outdoor dining area with traditional stone barbecue.
Villa accommodates 12 to 15 guests.

Ground floor:
Ground floor consists of two spacious bedrooms with double beds and one children bedroom. Both double bedrooms are equipped with LCD SAT TV, air condition unit and have en-suite bathroom with shower and hairdryer.
Third bedroom at this floor has 3 single beds, air condition unit, LCD SAT TV and PS4 console. There is one more bathroom with hydro massage shower tub and hairdryer.
There is fully equipped kitchen with oven, stove, microwave oven, refrigerator and freezer with filtered water and ice maker, built-in coffee maker, dishwasher, dishes, and all cooking and eating utensils.
Lovely and spacious dining area with large table and chairs is just near the kitchen, and it is suitable for 15 persons.

First floor:
Up the stairs is a spacious living room with leader garniture: corner sofa, regular sofa, smaller sofa, and armchairs. Sofa may be transformed into an extra bed for 2 persons. Living room is equipped with LCD SAT TV, DVD player and Hi-fi system, wine bar, small library, as well as air condition unit. Glassed wall / doors on the south side of living room provide an amazing view on the sea and Elaphite Islands. There are exits on two sea view terraces, and possibility to reach swimming pool area through one of terraces on the first floor.
Near the leader garniture is a pool / billiard table. Near the pool table are entrance doors to fitness room with fitness equipment such as device for running / treadmill, bench, multi-purpose exercise device, and punching bag.
Near is sauna with walk in shower room and 2 sun beds. Near sauna is one shared bathroom with shower and hairdryer.
Down the hall are two spacious bedrooms each with double bed, walk-in wardrobe, air condition unit, LCD SAT TV, and en-suite bathroom with large bath tub and shower. One of these two bedrooms also has private terrace with sitting garniture and beautiful unobstructed sea view.
On the first floor is also a laundry room with washing machine, dryer, iron, and ironing board.

Entire villa is equipped with LED lightning system and air condition, while there is floor heating in 1st floor bathrooms and sauna.
Free Wi Fi Internet access is available in entire villa.
Double bedrooms at the ground floor have possibility for additional beds.

Outside:
Yard around this amazing luxury villa is fenced with traditional Dalmatian stone wall and has 2 entrance doors in order to provide full privacy.
Beautiful water fountain in front of the villa is made of precious stone material. Well cared gardens are full of traditional Dalmatian and Mediterranean herbs and species. Stone garden paths are lighted, while one of them leads to the charming stone barbecue / grill for even better atmosphere.
Right in front, under the covered terrace is garden furniture for evening gatherings or meals during the day.
Infinity heated swimming pool with sea water plus children’s pool, sun beds, and water fountain, as well as Jacuzzi (10m2) which is 1 meter from swimming pool are there to complete the relaxation in luxury environment near the sea and beautiful private beach. Gorgeous unobstructed view on sea and nearby Elaphite Islands is available from swimming pool and even better from Jacuzzi.
