Located only 30 meters from Dubrovnik Old Town and City Walls, this beautiful stone house has private wall fenced garden and terrace which provide its guest with complete privacy and relaxation which is priceless considering that Dubrovnik is famous world tourist center.
Besides beautiful garden terrace with shower in front, this stone house is set up on two floors, as 2 separated apartments, and consists of 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 kitchens and dining rooms, as well as 2 living rooms.
House accommodates up to 12 people.

Ground floor:
At the ground floor of this beautiful house is kitchen with oven, stove, fridge, freezer, coffee maker, and all cooking and eating utensils needed. Right next to the kitchen is a small dining area with table and chairs. There is also bigger dining area suitable for 12 persons. Living room with LCD SAT TV, armchair, and comfy sofa. Here are also two double bedrooms, both with double beds, as well as one bathroom with bathtub and washing machine.

First floor:
First floor has separated entrance from the outside yard. There is also a kitchen with dining equipped such as ones at the ground floor, as well as living room, which is open bedroom as well, and is equipped with LCD SAT TV and comfortable sofa that may be transformed into an extra bed for 2 persons. There are two bedrooms at the first floor; first one is with double bed and second is with two single / twin beds. Near is one shared bathroom with shower.

Both floors are air conditioned and have free Wi-Fi Internet access.

Outside:
In front of this beautiful house is the spacious yard, fenced and surrounded by Mediterranean plants which provide additional charm to this house located in the center of Dubrovnik. Yard is furnished with table and chairs perfect for having meals and for gatherings, and it is equipped with outdoor grill so some meals may be prepared here. There are also sun beds for full relaxation and outside shower for refreshments during the hot summer days.
