Settled in a unique location, just 25 meters from the sea Villa is located in a beautiful secluded bay. Whilst accompanied by a small number of exclusive houses, Villa is the last house on a private road surrounded by pure nature. The charming villages of Sumartin and Selca are less than 2km away, one having a lovely harbor, both have a few necessary shops, restaurants and cafes. Villa is fully staffed so that guests can relax and enjoy the beautiful villa and surrounding areas.

It is not unusual that foreign nationals come on holiday to Croatia and at the same time discover the beauty that fascinates them so much that they decide to create a second home here. That situation compelled an English couple to search for the perfect location and found their peace on the island of Brač. The owners turned to a leading Croatian architect for professional help and together they worked to create this unique home.

From a simple sketch through to the final precise detail they have created various wonderful light filled spaces using only natural materials: local stone, combed oak, linen fabrics and top quality Italian furniture.  façade has been created with large Brac stone quarried locally and assembled with great care by reputed Croatian craftsmen. This magnificent stone work is complimented by contemporary opening glass sliding walls and balustrades, the result is a place that pleases the senses and relaxes the soul.

Luxury Villa  stretches over three floors; it is a spacious and very comfortable inside, quite a stunning villa of beautiful living space and terraces. Villa has 4 bedrooms, the number of beds 8, 4 bathrooms and is appropriate for accommodation of 8+1 persons.

Villa  is completely air conditioned; has wireless internet connection, LCD SAT TV, jacuzzi, wine celler, pool, fully equipped kitchen. To its guests also offers everything else that is necessary to make your holiday the most pleasant.

Booking conditions: 

A 40% deposit is required at the time of booking and the final balance is due 10 weeks prior to your arrival date.

The deposit is not refundable. 

If booking is canceled within 8 weeks prior to your arrival date none of your payments will be refunded.

We recommend that you purchase travel insurance in order to avoid possible losses caused by reservation cancellation.
If you would like to pass on your reservation to someone else, we will accept this under the same terms, provided we are informed about who the new guests are. Please make all requests related to your reservation in written form.
All bank transfer fees are the responsibility of the guest.
The entire agreed rental fee must be paid even if the property is used by less people that you indicated when making the booking or your party does not use the property for the full period indicated when making the booking.
By confirming your reservation and paying the advance, you explicitly confirm that you are familiar with the general terms and conditions, and that you accept them.
