Villa offers amazing terrace with built in 10 square meters large Jacuzzi connected to the swimming pool with waterfall and gorgeous view at the sea.
Pool terrace is surrounded by sun beds and surrounded by beautiful greenery.
Aside terrace is decorated with well cared lawn and lounge area. There is also traditional stone barbecue at guests’ disposal.
Entire outdoor area is enriched with greenery, lawns, and plants.
At the back side of the villa is covered porch with dining area and large flat screen TV.
Inside, villa consists of 3 separated apartments rented as a one unit.
This kind of arrangement of villa enables guests to arrange sleeping especially in cases of larger parties, groups of friends and families.
In total, villa has 2 bigger and one smaller kitchen, dining and 2 living areas, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and one toilet.
Villa accommodates 8 to 12 guests.

Apartment 1;
This apartment consists of fully equipped kitchen with all appliances, dining area, living room with sofa that may be used as an extra bed from 2 people if needed, flat screen SAT TV, and air condition.
Apartment has one bedroom with double bed, air condition, and flat screen SAT TV.
Apartment also offers iron and ironing board and safe deposit box.
There is also one bathroom with shower, hairdryer, and floor heating, and washing machine.
In front of the apartment is covered terrace with table and chairs for 4 people.
Entire apartment offers free Wi-Fi Internet access.

Apartment 2;
Apartment 2 offers 2 double bedrooms. One bedroom has double bed, and in another are 2 separated / twin beds. Each bedroom has air condition and flat screen SAT TV. In this apartment is one bathroom with shower, washing machine, hairdryer, and floor heating, as well as one additional toilet within the twin bedroom.
There is also fully equipped kitchen with all necessary appliances; stove, oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, kettle…
Sofa in living area may be used as an extra bed for 2 people. There is also flat screen SAT TV, and air condition.
Dining area is equipped with table and chairs for 6 people.
Apartment also offers safe deposit box and iron and ironing board, and there is also free Wi-Fi Internet access.
In front of the apartment is covered terrace with table and 6 chairs.

Apartment 3;
This apartment has smaller kitchen connected with dining area. There is one bedroom with double bed, air condition, and flat screen SAT TV.
In the apartment are also safe deposit box, iron and ironing board, and free Wi-Fi Internet access.
Bathroom is equipped with shower, hairdryer, and floor heating.
This apartment has exit to 2 small outdoor terraces with charming lounge areas with table and terrace armchairs.

Outside:
Front terrace of villa offers gorgeous view at the sea enriched with surrounded greenery.
Central parts of the outdoor area are swimming pool with waterfall and counter current swimming system, as well as built in Jacuzzi. Entire terrace is equipped with sound system with speakers, and there are sun beds and small lounge areas and terrace furniture.
Villa also offers covered porch with large dining area equipped with large flat screen TV and traditional stone barbecue / outdoor grill, so this combination is perfect for joint, fresh prepared meals.
2 bikes are at guests’ disposal during the stay, as well as private, covered parking space for 3-4 cars.

ADDITIONAL OBLIGATIONS AND POLICIES:
Damage deposit: 400,00 € (payable to the owner upon arrival and returned upon departure)
Tourist tax is included in accommodation price.
Please note that owners live at the property, but they have separated entrance and guests have all privacy and peace. Owners are at the disposal for all questions and assistance.
