Dubrovnik Old Town holiday house  is located in the heart of Dubrovnik Old Town, within the City Walls.

This completely renovated house dates from the 15th Century and this offers the atmosphere of real life in Dubrovnik Old Town.

Beautiful roof terrace on the top of the house provides panoramic view on entire Dubrovnik center; famous red rooftops, St. Vlaho church, the Cathedral and the sea.

This traditional stone house is modernly equipped with everything you need and it is set up on 5 floors.

House consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, kitchen with dining area and another spacious living room, and amazing roof terrace.

House accommodates up to 6 persons.

Ground and first floor:
The hallway from the entrance doors / ground floor / leads to the staircase by which you come to the first floor. There is living room with pull out sofa bed which is also an extra bed for 2 persons.

Second floor:
Master bedroom is situated at the second floor. It has double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower.

Third floor:
One floor up and we are at the third floor. There are two single bedrooms and bathroom with shower.

Fourth floor:
Up to the spiral staircase is a fourth floor where is modernly and fully equipped kitchen with all eating and cooking utensils, dishes, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave oven, coffee maker, toaster, electrical kettle, and refrigerator with freezer. Right near the kitchen are dining and living areas with table and chairs suitable for 6 persons and comfy corner sofa with small coffee table. This area provides beautiful view on Dubrovnik Old Town.

Fifth floor:
Outdoor stairs leads to the roof terrace situated on the fifth floor of this charming stone house. Terrace offers breathtaking view on entire Dubrovnik center and crystal clear sea. Terrace is equipped with table and chairs for full relaxing and enjoyment. There is also an electrical outdoor grill.
