Villa Seaside Red Brac

Located in an exclusive Puntinak area and within minutes of St. Martins
(Sumartin) fishing harbour and picturesque Selca village, this sea-front villa
is one of the finest properties on Dalmatian Riviera. The villa’s position on the
second cape of Puntinak ensures a stunning view of Sumartin,
mountain Biokovo, Pelješac Peninsular and Island of Hvar. The villa has direct
access to the pristine Adraitic as well as its own swimming pool.
Newly renovated to a high standard the villa can accommodate up to 9 people.
All five bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms, individually controlled central air-
conditioning and under floor heating. The living and dining areas are on the poolside
which also has a sunbathing area. The lower terrace is protected by the century
old pine trees providing natural shade. The entire villa is surrounded by a
Mediterranean garden including olive, lemon and lime trees as well as numerous
herbs.
A daily maid service will prepare beds and clean. On request, full or partial
catering is available, with menus suited to guests’ requests and dietary
requirements.
The house manager will be happy to organise visits to the island’s cultural sites
as well as ancient cities of Trogir and Split. Subject to availability renting of the
resident 22 foot speed boat and trips to secluded beaches and restaurants exclusive to
nautical visitors can be organised. With advanced booking a 33 foot sailing yacht
with skipper can also be chartered.

Booking conditions: 

A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking and the final balance is due 8 weeks prior to your arrival date.

The deposit is not refundable. 

If booking is canceled within 8 weeks prior to your arrival date none of your payments will be refunded.

We recommend that you purchase travel insurance in order to avoid possible losses caused by reservation cancellation.
If you would like to pass on your reservation to someone else, we will accept this under the same terms, provided we are informed about who the new guests are. Please make all requests related to your reservation in written form.
All bank transfer fees are the responsibility of the guest.
The entire agreed rental fee must be paid even if the property is used by less people that you indicated when making the booking or your party does not use the property for the full period indicated when making the booking.
By confirming your reservation and paying the advance, you explicitly confirm that you are familiar with the general terms and conditions, and that you accept them.
